What products are available at VEƎP?
VEƎP develops and sells innovative designer furniture for indoor and outdoor areas. Our product lines are constantly being expanded and supplemented - you can find an overview of our current range here .
Does VEƎP furniture come assembled and, if not, is assembly by a specialist required?
VEƎP furniture is delivered partially assembled and can be assembled particularly quickly and easily thanks to its simple plug-in system. Detailed assembly and usage instructions with all steps and information are included in every delivery package. This means that anyone can easily set it up.
Care instructions
VEƎP furniture is particularly easy to care for. The fabric covers are water and dirt repellent and can be cleaned with a damp cloth if necessary. The table tops can also be easily wiped with a damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
You can also find detailed care instructions in each instruction manual.
Can I also use VEƎP furniture outdoors?
All of our furniture is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. The materials used have water- and dirt-repellent properties, making our furniture ideal for outdoor use.
DELIVERY
How is VEƎP furniture delivered?
VEƎP pieces of furniture are safely packaged and, thanks to the small pack size, conveniently delivered directly to your front door by a parcel service provider.
How long does my shipping take?
The delivery time varies between 3 and 6 days depending on the delivery address. The exact delivery times can be requested when ordering directly from our logistics partner or via the tracking page here .
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Austria is €6.50.
Shipping to Germany is €6.90.
Where is VEƎP furniture delivered?
VEƎP is currently available exclusively for the German and Austrian markets.
Which shipping service provider will my order be sent with?
All shipments are sent with Österreichische Post AG.
How can I track my order?

Can I exchange my product? What do I have to consider?

Please note that return shipping is subject to a charge and that we can only take back undamaged goods in their original packaging.
